CrownTags provides a pet identification and tracking platform, including smart pet tags, lost pet alerts, and community finder tools. Services are available via subscription.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at time of purchase
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of pet and contact information you provide
• You agree not to misuse the platform or submit false reports
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

5. Limitation of Liability

CrownTags is a communication tool to help reunite pets with owners. We do not guarantee that lost pets will be found. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
